Active Membership: Adult person of reputable character residing in or who owns, operates, maintains or represents an organization or profession conducting business within the territorial limits of Burton Village or Township. An Active Member has full voting rights and may hold elected office. Business holding membership is entitled to one vote and shall designate who shall represent them.

Associate Active Membership: Adult person of reputable character residing outside or maintaining a place of business outside the territorial limits of Burton Township or Village and within its contiguous townships. An Associate Member has voting rights but is not eligible to hold office.

Regional Active Membership: Adult person of reputable character residing or maintaining a place of business outside
the territorial limits of Burton Village, Burton Township, and outside it’s contiguous township, but within the State of Ohio.
A Regional Active Member has voting rights but is not eligible to hold office.
