This release discharges the Burton Chamber of Commerce, the Village of Burton, The Burton Country Christmas Committee and all of their respective officers, employers, agents, representatives, successors, or assigns of any kind from any and all claims which may be made for any cause whatsoever, arising as a result of or in connection with the participation by me, our unit participants, my child or any animal in the herein mentioned event. I/We agree to the Parade Rules. I/We understand the risks associated with this parade and, knowing these risks, assume them voluntarily. I understand that my image may be used for marketing or promotional purposes by The Burton Chamber of Commerce.
